An impactful social media creative is one that clearly states the brand offerings and distinctly reflects the brand identity. Refer to the illustrated example to maintain continuity in the look and feel of a social media creative, both in text and graphics. The LTTS logo should be on the top-left corner and ‘#EngineeringTheChange’ logo with the hashtag) on the top-right corner. All graphics should be placed over the parallelogram, and only the Open Sans font should be used, always aligned left.

In the case of a partnership post, the partner logo goes at the top-right corner, while the ‘#EngineeringTheChange’ goes at thebottom right.

While this list of dos and don’ts does not intend to restrict an individual’s usage of social media, employees must keep certain things in mind when dealing with our company’s proprietary information. Please go through this thoroughly.

DONT'S

Devil is in the details!

DO NOT disclose the identity of the organization’s customers to the public via social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. The organization’s list of customer list is proprietary and confidential information.
DO NOT mention client names in the bio section of any social media platform. This stands valid even if you are working onsite.
DO NOT provide any detail about your current or previous projects in any capacity (including the name of the project or specifics of the technology you are working with) in any of your social media posts. This extends to the type of services LTTS provides and your day-to-day activities at LTTS.

When in doubt, ask it out!

DO NOT assume the proprietorship of a particular piece of information. If in doubt, ask the LTTS social media team.

Copyright Infringement Disclaimer

DO NOT feature any LTTS assets (logo, office space, standee, banner, video title, leader footage) without prior consent from the digital marketing team.

Take special care to ensure that we don’t have any unlicensed pictures or music in videos that feature the company.

Music footage & images should either be bought from royalty-free websites. In the case of celebration events, the background music should be licensed from the respective music label.

DOs

DO use a disclaimer whenever identifying yourself as an LTTS employee on a blog/article/opinion piece or any other form of social media. The disclaimer should make it clear that any views explained are personal and do not reflect the views of the organization.
DO describe your job as per your job description assigned to you by the organization.
DO share with the world about your accomplishments
and recognitions within the organization.

DO talk about LTTS initiatives and programs that you have liked and spread the good word.
DO keep in mind that proprietary information of the organization includes list of customers (past, present, and prospective), as well as customer needs, preferences, and requirements.

Please be mindful of protecting our organization’s proprietary information. Failure to do so may hamper the organization in a negative way and may result in corrective actions.

Presentation

To create an effective presentation, include only those elements - whether design, language, or subject matter – that clearly contributes to the points being made. Multiple elements and colors add clutter and distracts from the subject. All presentation generated across LTTS must be uniform to ensure cumulative addition from a brand perspective.

Corporate Deck

The corporate deck, in the simplest of terms, is a comprehensive handbook of the LTTS. It encompasses all the key information about our company including the business model, the products, solutions, and inventions that we have engineered, and the milestones that wehave achieved in our journey as an organization.

The following images depict what the corporate deck would look like. The title slide must follow the brand guidelines, i.e., LTTS logo onthe top-left corner and ‘Engineering The Change’ logo on the top-right corner.

CROPPING AN IMAGE INTO SPECIFIC SHAPE

Double click on the image to get the picture/shape tool bar. Within the tool bar, click on CHANGE SHAPE and then EDIT POINTS. Pull the point inwards as indicated above to achieve desired shape.

Refer to the illustrated examples of different possible slide layouts to help maintain continuity in the look and feel of a presentation –
both in text and graphics.

FONT

IMAGERY USAGE – ADDING FILTER

Take rectangle shape from the Shapes menu and draw a rectangle of the size of the image
Put the rectangle on top of the image and fill it with 100% black color
Click Shape Fill -> Fill More Colors; and turn down the opacity of the rectangle by 50% or according to the visibility of the image

The below set of images represents how to use a filter to improve image visibility. The first image is without a filter, once you add a rectangular shape on top of it (as shown in the second image), the final result will be a lot more prominent.

A case study must be an informative piece of document that showcases how our solutions help companies overcome challenges and achieve success.

PLACING THE LOGO UNIT

The LTTS logo in white on a blue angled box should be placed in
the top-right corner or top-left corner.

HEADINGS AND SUBHEADINGS

The heading and sub-heading should be in all-caps and left-aligned.

FOOTER

The footer should contain the standard boilerplate details.

E-mail Communication

A direct mailer must be an extremely dynamic and innovative piece of communication. Follow this set of rules to create emails that are aligned with the corporate brand guidelines and ensure that all emails shared internally have a uniform look and feel.

CONSTRUCTING AND PLACING THE LOGO UNIT

The desired Logo Unit must be constructed and placed keeping a top margin of 35px with the logo unit being placed in white with height 27px and width 700px. The logo unit must abide by the rules of logo and brand mark usage outline in the relavent section.

HEADER IMAGE AND COPY

The header should be a rectangular shape with dotted backgrounds with overlay imagery, The header image must be chosen as per imagery guidelines and will be of 700px width. Title of the emailer will overlay this image in Tahoma font of 24 pt. Title must appear in sentence case.

BODY COPY

The body copy must appear in 10.5 pt Tahoma.
Any number of subheaders may be used in the emailer, as long as they appear in Tahoma 10.5 pt. Make use of lines to act as separators between sections and ideas.

CONTENT BOX

This can be used to highlight important content or attract attention. Place content in Tahoma (Regular) 11 to 14 pt

CONCLUSION AND CTA

Concluding text in Tahoma (Bold) 11 to 14 pt, Grey with CTA below it in Tahoma (Bold) 14 to 16 pt, brand color.

FOOTER

Use standard boiler plate content placed within a Grey box asseen in the illustrated example as per following specifications:

Virtual Background

A virtual background is the backdrop that appears on the screen behind a participant during a video conference. The LTTS virtual background is a customized display featuring our brand colors and the company logo, which is essentially, a visual representation of our brand identity. Thus, great care should be taken to adhere to the branding guidelines when using the virtual background.

The LTTS logo should appear on the top-right corner and the ‘Engineering The Change’ logo on the top-left corner of the screen, as illustrated below.v

Digital Standees

Digital standees are a type of display technology that allow for the vivid display of advertisements in the form of images or videos. The digital standees serve as a medium of education, information, and communication between us and our customers, guiding their decision-making and enhancing their experience in an entertaining and captivating fashion.

All digital standees should feature the LTTS logo on the top-left corner, as illustrated in the image below.

Desktop Wallpaper

While traditionally wallpapers mainly serve a decorative purpose, our custom wallpapers are an aesthetic exposition of the core LTTS principles, objectives, and vision. These wallpapers thus hold immense value as they contain the ethics that have piloted us until now and made us into who we are today, and will continue to do so in the future.

Websites

In today’s time of internet popularity and globalization, a website is a dynamic tool to introduce and build recognition in the market. It is very important to keep this medium alive, updated, and market friendly.

The dynamic content on the website is to be updated as and when the news or events occur. For static content, like business and capability content, the information is updated every quarter after discussions with the business.

NAVIGATION, BANNER, AND HIT BUTTONS

The website structure will follow the same design style set.
The banner (refer to guidelines) will be placed below the top tabs
and hit icons can be created to draw immediate attention in line
art format over full bleed images.

CONTENT AREA

Introductory content will be placed below the hit buttons along
with the spotlight section which will contain bullet headed points
about the latest developments, service options, and events taking
place at LTTS.

Use of triangular image blocks in conjunction with detailed content and collateral boxes will form the informational areas of the website, and with the removal of the web banner, will carry over to all pages of the company website. As required, contact IDs will be inserted within relavent content sections.

A single column light box of key collaterals, in particular case studies and white papers will follow as per the established design framework. There, the collateral will be placed based on their relevence to the subject matter of each individual web page.

FOOTER AREA

The footers will have links as defined for the overall website and
shall also contain the mandatory copyrights and cookie links.

Important: Any content/images/videos published on the website should be done with the consent and approval of the relevant business as well as the Marketing Team. If customer-specific information is to be published, a written approval from the customer would be required.
