2D-Drafting services (AS-Building & RLM)/Field Walk down and Verification
LTTS specializes in providing high-quality Redline Conversion jobs with a quick turnaround time. The mark-ups are added when the drawings get redrafted from scratch or the existing CAD files need to be updated as per the mark-ups. We also provide field walk down and site verification services, along with redline markup generation, carried out by well-experienced site engineers.

We offer paper to CAD conversion service and have the expertise to process scanned Drawing/ pdf/tiff files to CAD. We also offer quick conversion of hand sketches to CAD format by manually redrafting drawings.
4D Integration / 5D Services / AWP Services
4D is the fourth dimension of the 3D model: Time (Schedule). Any project that goes through construction or demolition comprises various sequences of events. 4D Integration helps the user to understand and visualize the process of construction events with the schedule.
5D is the fifth dimension of the 3D model: Cost. Further to 4D (time scheduling), 5D integrates design with estimates such as cost and also includes the generation of quantities (BOMs/BOQs), development of rates, and overall cost.
AWP is a process that aligns engineering and procurement deliverables to the optimal construction sequence. At FEED kick-off, the construction group defines construction work package limits and an optimal sequence of construction Engineering and procurement deliverables that are packaged accordingly and assigned a required-by date to support the path of construction.
